NEW YORK – February 25, 2014 – PR Boutiques International™ (PRBI), the worldwide collaborative network of boutique PR firms, welcomes three new members, Blue Water Communications (based in Bradenton, Fla.), Encanto Public Relations (based in Milan, Italy) and vom Hoff Kommunikation GmbH (based in Düsseldorf, Germany).  PRBI now includes 31 member agencies in Asia, Europe, North America, and South America.
