Omnes Imperium was originally created in 2000 in Moscow as the PR agency “PR-Square,” and later was transformed into the group under its current name. Today the firm works with Russia’s leading companies in various fields including financial services, banking, telecom, manufacturing/heavy industry and real estate.

OI Group also has a government relations practice, and since 2005 has been very active in the area of Corporate Social Responsibility.

Graduated from the International Law faculty of Moscow State Institute of International Relations. Later received postgraduate degree in political science/foreign relations at Hokkaido State University (Japan). In 2000 - 2006 Dmitry worked in close cooperation with Hokkaido University Slavic research center, one of Japan’s largest centers of political studies. From 2003 - 2007 he was responsible for external, media and sponsor relations at Planning For, the Japanese organizer of the World and Asia-Pacific rally championship events, working closely with the Federation Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA), Mainichi Newspapers, Dentsu and Asatsu-DK agencies. In March 2007 Dmitry took the position of business development director at the Omnes Imperium Group. He is responsible for work with new and prospective clients, international partners, such as Global Reporting Initiative, as well as for the overall development of the Group’s international relations.
